John Pountney - Catering Consultant

John joined Prochoice in 2004 and has worked closely with Mark in the catering team for the better part of it. After studying Food Science at University he spent 4 years in pub and restaurant management before working as an underwriter for Lloyds bank.

After servicing the catering department for over 4 years, John now heads up the sales at Prochoice so you can expect to find him sourcing information, calling clients or out and about client visits. He is always hungry for information (and food!) so if you have any tips or leads, please give him a call.
