John joined Prochoice in 2004 and has worked closely with Mark in the catering team for the better part of it. After studying Food Science at University he spent 4 years in pub and restaurant management before working as an underwriter for Lloyds bank.
After servicing the catering department for over 4 years, John now heads up the sales at Prochoice so you can expect to find him sourcing information, calling clients or out and about client visits.
